12 INSANELY EASY Christmas Songs on Guitar
As a lifelong student and now teacher of guitar, every year I go on a search for the best Christmas Songs on Guitar.
I want to give my students something that they can actually learn and perform to impress their friends and family! These 12 easy Christmas songs on guitar use some basic chords (Jingle Bells is just G, C, D for instance) but I’ve included couple challenging ones for those of you beyond the beginner stage!

#2 – Blue Christmas Guitar Tutorial
This classic Elvis Christmas tune starts off pretty simple with E, A and B7, but the bridge, and the last little bit, contain some barre chords. Luckily, I also have some easy ways you can play those shapes which makes this Blue Christmas guitar lesson suitable for all levels!

#3 – Last Christmas Guitar Tutorial
This 80’s Christmas pop song uses the same 4 chords over and over – it’s a 4-chord wonder! The shapes are simple and the strumming is too – you’ll be able to learn this easy 4 chord Christmas song in no time!

The chords are numerous! I spent hours coming up with the absolute simplest way to play it, using as few shapes as possible, while still retaining the right vibe. This one absolutely rocks people’s Christmas socks! Definitely worth the extra effort.

This Feliz Navidad Guitar Tutorial uses 4 chord shapes – THE 4 basic chord shapes of G, C, D, Em. The lyrics are really repetitive, the chords are too – absolutely easy to pull this one off!
